By accessing and using the Pearlessence Beauty website (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All prices on the Site are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colours will be exactly accurate.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and debit/credit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We deliver within Ghana. Delivery timelines and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

Our returns and refund policy is detailed in our Returns Policy. Returns are accepted within 7 days for items that are wrong, damaged, or defective. Opened lip care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and brand names — is the property of Pearlessence Beauty and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or its security features

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearlessence Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
